Description
Thematic Interactive Website Proposal for Brand Engagement. A
thematic interactive website is a website that focuses on a
specific theme or concept with the aim of incorporating
interactive elements to interact with users. Most such
websites utilize multimedia such as videos, animations,
interactive graphics displayed on the page, or other clickable
elements which have interactive components that provoke the
user. This dynamic experience is meant to keep the user
interested in addition to the thematic concept. Themes in such
websites vary from educational, cultural, promotional
campaigns to product launch. For example, a thematic
interactive site could be a museum. Users can go through a
virtual exhibition space through interactive tours, games
simulation, or questionnaires. In the event that it is a
movie, the site can simulate movie universes offering virtual
tours through time and space, or any other subject previously
created in the movie. The aim of any such site is to keep the
user engaged in the medium through interactive exploration.
Requirements
Students are required to create a thematic interactive website
proposal with the topic of their choice that can be based on:
1. A specific product of a particular brand
launch/special (i.e.: Nike brand new shoe), Beauty product
launch (i.e.: Sephora compact powder,
2. Movie promotion
3. Game release promotion.
4. Gallery/Museum exhibit launch
5. Band/Artist latest release.

Practices
Mr.
Shamsul
taught
us
the
basic
tools
and
how
to
use
Adobe
Animate.
He
demonstrates
how
to
use
several
important
tools
to
create
simple
vector
illustrations.
After
the
demonstration,
we
drew
some
simple
illustrations,
such
as
balls
and
boats,
to
get
used
to
using
the
tools
effectively.

We
learned
how
to
use
the
Object
Drawing
Tool,
which
allows
each
image
to
be
treated
as
a
separate
object,
making
it
easier
to
move
or
modify
it
without
affecting
other
elements.
He
also
explained
the
function
of
the

Tool,
which
is
used
to

with
color.
These
tools
feel
quite
familiar
to
us
as
they
are
also
commonly

in
Adobe
Illustrator
and
Photoshop.

After
that,
we
were
tasked
with
drawing

We

as
possible.

Week 1
General Feedback : Introduction to Advanced
Interactive Design and e-portfolio
creation.
Week 2
General Feedback : No feedbacks are given for this
task.
Week 3
General Feedback : I consulted with Mr Shamsul about
my idea and what I wanted to make, and
he approved my idea.
5. Reflection
In this assignment, I'm looking for ideas for creating a thematic website that's both engaging and easy to use. I'm also trying to determine whether the idea is feasible. However, the process of creating a proposal is enjoyable because it allows us to try new things based on our own desires.
