Reflection
Studying for a research dissertation was a challenging and mixed experience for me. Initially, I had no expectations as we continued with the methodology topic. My topic at the time was Autonomous Vehicles.
Moving on to assignment 1, I do enjoy writing, especially fiction or stories, but when it comes to writing research papers, it's not as easy as writing fiction. I find it difficult to connect each sentence, and end up with meaningless words. As a result, I use AI to help me structure good sentences.
As for assignment 2, it was the most daunting for me because we would face a high risk if our similarity and AI exceeded the percentage limit. Next, assignment 3 was definitely my favorite. I had the opportunity to use Adobe Illustrator again to design the visual book. Just like the previous assignment, this one wasn't too difficult, and I completed it without any problems.
Lastly, a big thank you to my lecturer, Dr. Jinchi, who was always ready to help whenever we wanted to ask for feedback. All of her feedback was very useful and I could feel that she had tried his best to guide all the students. Hopefully, I can do better to improve my research if I have the opportunity to work on this research paper again. This module was a good starting point and I am grateful for what I have learned and done. This module not only taught me how to write research, but also taught me the creativity to visualize what has been written in the dissertation.
